More About the Course

This five-chapter course will help you better understand and cope with grief and fear. You will learn some tools and techniques that help you transform grief and fear into love and grace. 

Each chapter contains one or more of the following: videos, powerpoint presentations, hand-outs, worksheets, and guided meditations. You can work through each of them at your own pace. Take your time and reflect on the exercises as you go along. I will be hosting two LIVE zoom groups as well to provide an interactive portion to the course. Join me on November 22, 2020 and December 2, 2020 at 10:00 am MST for these two lessons.

The course is self-paced with two interactive zoom groups scheduled for Nov. 21 and Dec. 5. 
You will learn about:

*the neurobiology of grief and fear
*why you can't go around grief, you have to go through it
*how to grieve and find healthy outlets for feelings
*stages of grief (including a sixth stage)
*why telling the story at least 100 times is important 
*how to write love letters and stories of grief
